At Kawartha Land Trust (KLT), volunteers are the heart and soul of what we do. We know that engaging a community of passionate volunteers is essential to our work.
As such, over the past few months, we have focused on enhancing KLT’s volunteer program — examining how we engage with our volunteers at all stages of their involvement with us and identifying gaps where we can do better.
Now we would like to hear from you — we want to hear about your personal experience as a KLT volunteer. On January 22, 2024, we sent out a Volunteer Satisfaction Survey to all KLT volunteers. You can also complete the survey here.
The survey is anonymous, and it’s an opportunity to share feedback with KLT. With regards to the volunteer experience at KLT, please let us know what we can improve upon and and we are doing well and should keep doing. The survey will close at 5 p.m. on February 9, 2024.
In the February issue of the KLT e-newsletter, we will share some of the insights we received through the Volunteer Satisfaction Survey along with information on upcoming orientation and training sessions, new volunteer resources, and other opportunities tailored for KLT volunteers.
If you would prefer to complete a survey over the phone, or if you didn’t receive KLT’s Volunteer Satisfaction Survey, please contact Chris Ferguson, KLT Volunteer Program Specialist, at 705-743-5599 ext. 9 or [email protected].
