KLT’s Passport to Nature: Forest Bathing at Tecasy Ranch

October 4 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Free
Join us to slow down and engage all of your senses while forest bathing in the beautiful natural surroundings of Tecasy Ranch.

Forest Bathing, also known as Forest Therapy, originated in Japan in the 1980s and was inspired by the ancient practice of Shinrin-Yoku, meaning “bathing in the forest air.” It’s a mindful, immersive experience that reconnects people with nature. Research shows that forest bathing helps reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, boost the immune system, and supports overall well-being. Join us to slow down and engage all of your senses for an opportunity to unplug in the beautiful natural surroundings of Tecasy Ranch.
