Robert Browne Trail

2016 Land Stewardship Fundraising

In memory of Robert Browne, his profound appreciation of nature, its rejuvenating powers and all its wonders.

Robert was an active leader with Kawartha Land Trust, Vice Chair of the Board, Chair of the Lands Committee, and active volunteer and a steward of the land.

He was a centered man, immensely appreciative of what others could bring to the table. We experienced his voracious appetite for hard work! Robert would encourage you to draw strength from nature, to listen and embrace the beauty of the trail, and most of all, enjoy your walk.

The money raised so far has allowed KLT to purchase some great equipment. Using these equipment, KLT has been able to connect their trails to 4 other private landonwer properties, turning the North Stony Trails into 9 kms.  Amazing!
